It has set a target to reduce its UK supply chain impacts by responsibly sourcing ingredients, consolidating product lines, and making deliveries more sustainable. The company has partnered with an NGO to achieve UN Sustainable Development Goal 12.3 and halve food loss and waste by 2030. To achieve this, CH&CO has implemented a Target, Measure, Act strategy and piloted a food waste monitoring system.
