The BuildRI Index
The BuildRI Index uses publicly-available data, research and analysis to benchmark the responsible investment practices of private equity and venture capital firms relative to peers and the BuildRI Asset Manager Maturity Framework.
The Index provides third-party, evidence-based analysis of fundamental responsible investment policies, processes and programs and a roadmap via suggested action items and KPIs, helps visualize areas for improvement and reveals the responsible investment practices of best-in-class firms.
The BuildRI Index:
Compares an asset manager’s ESG and responsible investment maturity against a growing set of North American and European PE and VC firms
Assesses (i) asset manager operations and portfolio company management and (ii) responsible investment practices across various categories.
Analyzes the most recent and relevant asset manager data derived from both publicly disclosed and private sources
