Modulaire Group

Contributing Source: ESG 2022

Modulaire Group's introduction of a circular 'Loops within Loops' business model led to a reduction in residual waste through sustainable design, refurbishment, redeployment, and upgrade of its modular construction solutions. The company is committed to reducing carbon emissions via TCFD-alignment and Science Based Targets. ESG highlights include a modular unit's ability to be reused up to 20 times, its 95% recyclability, and a 50% lower carbon footprint compared to traditional constructions. Modulaire has also implemented safety, DEI and talent development initiatives; and became a signatory to the UN Global Compact. By the firm’s standards, these improvements helped the company move from a laggard to a strategic level of performance against ESG frameworks when presented to prospective purchasers and toward a successful sale in 2021.
